Shipping, Return & Warranty Policy

Shipping Information

All orders from Black Box Group ship fully insured with signature confirmation required. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Certain products may carry lead times due to availability or custom configurations. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify lead times before placing an order. Once available, in-stock items typically ship within 5 business days.

• We only ship to the billing address associated with your payment method.
• No PO boxes and no international shipping (United States only).

Order Cancellations

All orders are final and non-cancellable. Once an order is placed, it enters processing to secure inventory and expedite fulfillment.

Please contact us prior to purchasing with any questions regarding product specifications, compatibility, or lead times. Lead times are estimates and may change due to manufacturer schedules or supply-chain conditions outside of Black Box Group’s control.

Returns

As a matter of policy, Black Box Group does not accept returns.

In rare cases where a return is authorized, it must meet all of the following:

• Item is unused, uninstalled, in original condition and original packaging.
• A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number has been issued in writing.
• The RMA number is clearly included with the return shipment.

Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be initiated via email at sales@blackboxgroup.org. Unauthorized returns or packages without an RMA will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse or order cancellations.

Products are covered under applicable manufacturer warranties or Black Box Group warranty policies. Qualifying items may be repaired or replaced under those terms. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm product compatibility and specifications before ordering.

Warranty Information

Black Box Group proudly offers gear from trusted, proven manufacturers. Many of the finished goods we sell are built and assembled by other manufacturers—for example, L3Harris, Wilcox, Knight’s Armament, and others. These products are covered directly under the manufacturer’s warranty and will be serviced or repaired through the manufacturer’s established warranty process.

If you experience an issue with a product purchased through Black Box Group, our team is here to help guide you through the manufacturer’s warranty process and connect you with the proper service channel. Please contact us at sales@blackboxgroup.org for support or warranty assistance.

All warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the original manufacturer. Black Box Group will assist customers in communicating with the appropriate manufacturer when possible but does not provide in-house repairs or warranty replacements for items covered by third-party manufacturers.

Refused Shipments

Refused deliveries are not considered valid returns under this policy. Any refused shipment will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus return shipping and any applicable handling fees.
